As an esthetician I have become so aware of what we put on our skin. Most things available are full of toxins and chemicals. They are full of false claims and don't work. I have found oils to be so effective for so many things and so healthy for the mind and body.

I have found the best oils for my products. All organic and cold pressed. If I could not find organic, I made sure it was at least non-GMO. Quality for the body is best.

Navel Oiling is an age old practice. It is believed that by using oils in and around the navel it reaches the bodies organs and extremities.

This Oil is mixed ESPECIALLY FOR GUT issues. This can help reduce indigestion, upset tummy and bowel issues. My clients are so happy with the results I just had to share! Oils work best over time repeating the process. It allows the body to absorb time after time of application. However, don't be surprised when you notice a difference or feel a result right away!


DIRECTIONS: Lay or recline. Apply 2-3 drops in the navel, apply4-5 drops around the navel, gently massage into the skin. You can also use the puddling method by filling the navel with oil to overflowing. Allow to set 10 minutes or longer and then massage this larger amount of oil into the skin over the entire abdomen. I prefer this method as it is so much more relaxing and has a faster effect.
