Navel oiling is an age old practice called "Pechoti" This is one of the easiest ways to reach areas of our body needing attention.

This particular blend of oils is ESPECIALLY FOR SLEEP. I have combined the correct amount of each oil to make a wonderful blend to help you find slumber, sleep more soundly and wake up refreshed.

I have found the best Natural and Organic oils for the body.

This is made from Organic cold pressed oils, just as nature intended them to be. No chemicals or synthetic materials are used in my oil blends. This oil is also good for other uses as well. Use it on crepey skin on arms, neck and chest. My clients have had good success with this wonder mix of oils. Nothing magical. Just natural. INGREDIENTS:

~Organic Cold Pressed Castor Oil
~Organic Cold Pressed Mustard Oil
~Organic Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil
~Organic Lavender Essential Oil

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Recline or lay down. Apply 2-3 drops in navel, apply 2-5 drops around navel and gently massage into skin. You can also use the puddle method by filling the navel with oil, allow to set for10 minutes or longer and then massage into the belly area.
